Compassionate and pragmatic, Ashley guides individuals and families on structuring wealth to achieve their personal and charitable goals, ranging from basic plans to complex strategies spanning multiple generations. Ashley also helps clients plan ahead for the possibility of incapacity.
Ashley oversees the estate planning structures through the probate and trust administration process, where she provides practical and effective counsel to her fiduciary clients regarding their duties and to her beneficiary clients regarding their rights. Ashley also helps clients address and solve sensitive issues and disputes through alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the University of Florida. She began her legal career as a Probate Division Staff Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Florida, where she gained an insider’s view of the probate process and inheritance disputes.
Ashley has worked with Trusts & Estates firms in Palm Beach County, Florida, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Portland, Oregon.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, spending time in Oregon wine country, indulging in Portland’s vegan food scene, and immersing herself in a good book.
